Dr Sabrina MacKinley
Sabrina is currently taking time out to travel around Australia with her family.
We wish them safe travels and look forward to welcoming her back in early 2025.
Sabrina obtained her primary medical degree in Germany and moved to Western Australia in 2006.
After gaining experience in a variety of surgical and medical disciplines, she decided to pursue a career in rural General Practice in beautiful Albany.
Sabrina greatly enjoys the variety which general practice provides and is passionate about providing patient centered care.
Her special interests include:
- Skin Cancer Detection and Management
- GP Dermatology
- Women and Children’s Health.
Focussing on skin health, Sabrina obtained her Fellowship with the Australian Institute of Dermatology (AID) in 2022, after three years of in depth additional training. She also holds a Certificate in Dermatoscopy with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia (SCAA). Sabrina runs regular skin clinics (including Saturdays) and regularly performs biopsies and excisions of skin lesions.
Outside of work Sabrina enjoys spending time with her family and friends, particularly in Australia’s great outdoors.
