Albany Community Hospice has been serving the community of Albany and the surrounding region for over 25 years. It is a much loved and cherished part of the community and this is reflected in the level of community fundraising and donations as well as the valuable and significant volunteer hours donated.
Albany Community Foundation
The Albany Community Foundation is a non-for-profit organisation with the vision of assisting local people in our community who have fallen on hard times at no fault of their own. The ACF endeavours to support the local community in a wide range of activities from providing support to local individuals, families and community projects as well as filling gaps in funding and services for existing charities.
