Dr Phil Marmion graduated from Notre Dame Fremantle University (MBBS) in 2009 after initially working as a Radiographer in Perth and the UK. He completed his hospital terms in Perth before moving to Darwin as a Medical Officer in the Royal Australian Navy. During this time, he attained his Fellowship in General Practice (FRACGP) as well as qualifications in Underwater (Dive) Medicine and Occupational Medicine.

After discharging from the Navy, he attained further qualifications in Anaesthetics and then returned to his home town of Albany.

Outside of work Phil enjoys fishing, surfing and spending time outdoors with his wife and 2 daughters.
